Please read these before you book. Prices, fees and the conditions of your rate are shown live for your dates.

Prices and payment

Prices and fees are shown live for your dates before you book, including cleaning and the tourist tax. Payment and cancellation follow the conditions of your rate, which are shown before you confirm.

For the whole property and group stays, the conditions are set out in your offer.

Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00.
  • Early check-in or late check-out on request, depending on other bookings. One-night gatherings include both.
  • Check-in details and directions are sent before your stay.

House rules

  • Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00. There are neighbours nearby, so please keep noise low, especially at night.
  • Outdoor music and sound systems go off at 22:00. Live music or a DJ only by prior agreement.
  • Day visitors only by prior agreement; please tell us how many when you book. Visitors leave by 22:00, and only registered guests stay overnight.
  • No smoking indoors.
  • Fire only in the barbecue and the fireplaces; no open fires elsewhere on the property.
  • Keep the property tidy and sort your waste into the bins provided.
  • Drive carefully on the gravel road; it can be dusty.

Pool

  • Open from June to September, depending on the weather. The pool is not heated.
  • Use at your own risk; there is no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • No glass at the pool.

Pets

Up to two well-behaved pets per apartment. The pet fee is shown in the price list. Please do not leave pets alone in the apartment, and keep them off beds and sofas.

Security deposit and damage

For larger gatherings a security deposit applies, paid in person on arrival and returned after check-out once the property has been checked. Guests are responsible for any damage they or their pets cause; please tell us about any breakage.

Right to refuse

The host may refuse service or access on suspicion of illegal activity, disturbance or likely damage to the property, by guests or pets.
